Whether through a conversation, a comic strip I create for the newspaper in Bogalusa, Louisiana, or through my art and books, I want people to know that they matter and that they have something special to give the world.
My art has reached people far beyond my hometown with features in Spain, Switzerland, Germany, and Italy. It has also been highlighted in magazines like Canvas Rebel, Bold Journey, and Medium, with upcoming features in Fierce & Fearless and Visionary Commentary Art Magazine.
For me, art isn’t just about painting or drawing—it’s about telling stories that inspire people to believe in themselves. I lead with example at the heart of it all.
I started my journey by pushing past hardships that could have broken me. Instead of giving up, I decided to fight for a better future. I went on to graduate from LSUS and Southern University with honors, and I’ve gained several trades along the way.
Right now, I’m finishing my Bachelor of Science in Psychology Clinical Marriage Therapy in Evangelical Ministries, with plans to graduate in 2026. My dream is to become a therapist, helping families and individuals heal and discover their strength because I know what it feels like to be broken, and I also know combining my academic knowledge, experience, art, and God will definitely make an impact.
Also, I’ve authored books that relate with each age range including a children’s illustrated book, an inspirational book, and a Godly guide to real life.
I consider myself fierce not because life has been easy, but because I never gave up. Every challenge became fuel for my dreams. Today, I stand as proof that no matter how tough life gets, you can create a future filled with purpose, power, and possibility—even if you are a Holy, Hot Mess.
